  • Magical Realism—especially with political nuance and cultural specificity

  • Feminist Retellings—narratives that reclaim overlooked voices and untold histories

  • Folklore-Inspired Horror—the kind that blends beauty and terror in equal measure

  • Narratives on Identity & Ancestry—stories that explore who we are and where we come from

Above all, I am drawn to Latinx and BIPOC voices and am deeply committed to improving representation and championing diverse narratives on every shelf.

What I'm Not Looking For:

At this time, I am not the right fit for:

  • Picture books, middle grade, or young adult

  • Hard science fiction or high fantasy

  • Self-help or memoirs

  • Screenplays

How to Query Me:

I accept queries exclusively through QueryTracker. Please do not send queries via social media or email.

Your query submission should include:

  • A query letter (no more than one page)

  • A one to two-page synopsis

  • The first ten pages of your manuscript.

Please make sure your work is polished and complete before querying. I want to see your best.
